Gutter Cleaning
We can help prevent damp from setting in by regularly cleaning out your gutters and giving them an annual service. Using our gutter vacuum system (which is powered from our vehicle), we can clean your gutters safely from the ground and make sure they are looking great and performing well.
Jet Washing
Using powerful pressure washing machines we can transform your old patios, driveways, brickwork, external areas and garden furniture to look like new! Stripping the built up moss, mould and dirt from the surface, no job is too big or too small.
Soffits & Fascias Cleaning
Keep your cladding looking great, regular maintenance can prevent fascias and soffits fading and going grubby. We will clean your cladding using a bio degradable soap which is very safe, it won't kill flowers, it won’t kill the cat and won't even discolour any lead gutter flashing.
Roof Moss Removal
Unsightly moss and algae growth is a common problem for many roofs in the UK. Thriving in damp and shaded conditions, if left alone the moss and algae can build up and potentially cause damage to your roof. Several weeks before cleaning we will apply a strong biocide which turns the moss yellow/brown. After a month or two the roof is ready to be swept and we will use our vacuum system to clear the roof.

In August 2019 Leeds Gutter Cleaning was contracted to pressure wash our 8000²ft building prior to machines being installed. They also cleaned the gutters and washed the north side of the roof. As a ROSPA gold award Company and 45001 accredited we had all the permits in place and SSOW were issued and worked to safely and efficiently. Working at Height was a big issue on this project, we supplied the MEWP and the Team had the relevant up to date training and always worked safely. Jeremy is very rational and understood all the procedures we had in place, I was very pleased with their work ethics and quality and would not hesitate in using them again ourselves or recommending them.

Mr. Cooper, trading as Leeds Gutter Cleaning did a number of days work for us at the beginning of 2019, pressure washing certain areas of our stadium to a clean and hygienic standard. He also went in after contractors on new build areas to perform final wash downs. We were happy with the work of Mr. Cooper and his team did, and he was paid as such. As you can imagine, at Leeds Rhinos we have many contractors coming and going on a daily basis, not only working on the sporting facility, but right next to the education departments we have on site. Simple really, not hard, really, really, simple, but as we tell everyone, these standards are set in stone, if ignored you will be asked to leave the site immediately. Mr Cooper did all this, no problem at all. I do regard Mr. Cooper as part of the contracting team, and will be asking him to do more work in the future.”
